Terms of Use and Service — Cristais Místico

Welcome to Cristais Místico. By accessing our website or app, you agree to the terms below. This document was created to ensure a transparent and secure relationship between you (the User) and our national and international operations.

1. IDENTIFICATION AND GLOBAL OPERATIONS

Services are offered by the following entities, depending on your location and purchase channel:

In Brazil: CRISTAIS MISTICO LTDA, CNPJ No. 42.654.058/0001-07, with administrative headquarters at Rua Pedreira, 146, Jardim Novo Campos Elíseos, Campinas - SP, CEP 13050-544.
In the United Kingdom (UK): CRISTAIS MISTICO LTD, Company Number 16158860, with administrative headquarters at Suite BR5986, Unit 9, Skyport Drive, West Drayton, Middx, UB7 0LB.

The platform is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce technology needed for our global sales.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIMES

We are committed to prompt customer support. Our average response times are:

Monday to Friday:
- WhatsApp: Response within 20 minutes.
- Form or Email: Reply within 1 hour.
Saturdays:
- WhatsApp: Response within 20 minutes.
- Form or Email: Reply by the next business day.
Sundays and Holidays:
- Support on all channels will be handled the next business day.

3. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS (CRYSTALS AND STONES)

Authenticity and Variation: Since we sell products of natural origin, you acknowledge that crystals and stones may show variations in color, size, inclusions and shape compared to the photos. These characteristics are not defects, but proof of their natural formation.
Holistic Use: Information about the energetic properties of crystals is informational and holistic in nature, and does not replace medical diagnoses or treatments.

4. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND FEES

Currency: Purchases in Brazil are processed in Brazilian Reais (BRL). International versions may operate in other currencies.
International Fees: For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import duties or customs taxes in the destination country.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (APPLICABLE TO BRAZIL)

In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.
The product must be returned in its original condition and show no signs of use.

6. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

Cristais Místico is committed to the shipping times shown at checkout. Delays after shipment (due to strikes, weather or customs inspections) are the responsibility of the carriers, but we will offer full support to resolve any issues.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (LGPD & GDPR)

We respect your privacy globally:

Brazil: We follow the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
UK/Europe: We observe the principles of the UK GDPR for data processed by our British entity. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (photos, descriptions, logos and videos) is the intellectual property of Cristais Místico. Reproduction without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

For customers in Brazil, Brazilian law applies, with jurisdiction in Campinas/SP.
For transactions via the United Kingdom entity, the laws of England and Wales apply.
